1. Who you are contracting with
This store is operated by BEAMING. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe materials, dimensions and colours as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so a colour can look slightly different in person. Measurements are approximate within 0.4 inches. Leather is a natural material: grain and tone vary between pieces, and this is not a defect.
3. Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. If a price is listed incorrectly and the error is obvious, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud or resale abuse.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal and our payment provider. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.
6. Shipping and risk
We ship from our US warehouse. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & returns for the full policy.
7. Returns
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging, per our returns policy. This is in addition to any statutory rights you have.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — product photography, copy, logo and design — belongs to us and may not be used without written permission. We do not sell counterfeit goods and we do not knowingly infringe third-party rights.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of the contents of a bag.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the store operator is established, without affecting your rights as a consumer under your local law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
